What happens to your recording
Voices like yours are what teach our system to listen better. If you authorize it, this is exactly what we do with your recording — and what we never do.

It is stored without your name
Your recording is kept separately from your personal data. Whoever listens to it does not know whose voice it is.

A person on our team listens to it
Someone on our team listens to it to judge whether it is good enough to teach our voice analysis system. That judgement is human, not automatic.

It is used for that and nothing else
It is never sold, never shared with third parties and never published. It is not used for advertising and it does not leave Voice Scan Lab.

Then it is deleted
If it is not selected for training, it is deleted. Two years after your recording at the latest, it is deleted anyway — with nothing left for us to do.
